Brett spotted this CJ-5.
“Classic CJ5 (1967 – no emissions required)
Original 4 cylinder motor runs great, brakes work great, heater, wipers, 4×4, lights… all work fine.
Factory hard top (removable) rare roll up windows (also working fine). All door locks work.
Original seats. Need to be recovered, but rare to find the fold forward bench up front and original bench in the back.
Some surface rust here and there, but no serious rot. Just an all around solid jeep with excellent restoration potential, but ready to drive/off-road anywhere today.
Please call or email with any questions. Thanks, Chris 801-831-0741”
I think this probably scrap .. but you never know
“2-Early 60’s Willys Jeeps $600. Both are currently not running. Bodies almost completely gone, see pictures below.
One was last running two years ago, it was used to level off a yard area. When the brake lines broke, it was parked, it still turns over but does not start. It has a plow with hydraulic lift only, it worked when it was put away. No battery.
The second Jeep was gotten for parts years ago, at the time I was told the head gasket was bad, I never checked.
I believe the drive train on both is complete.
No paper work, neither have been registered for over 20 years.
I’m selling them for $600 firm, because I will get just over that for scrap. If no sale is made they are going to the port.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1500
Here’s a later model CJ-5 with a rear PTO. This looks like a good price!
“1964 jeep has 4-cylinder motor jeep runs and drives but does need brakes. has rare pto hook up at the back of the jeep.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $500/each
Only one of the jeeps is pictured.
“The one in the pic is a kaiser jeep, there are 2 more willys in the same shape.didnt want to scrap without trying tolist first. let me know if you want them 500$ a piece”
I think I seem some bubbling paint along the front fender edge, but this still might not be that bad of price.
“1957 Jeep Willis, O.H.V., 4 cyl. 3 speed, Lock Outs, $1500.00 OBO”
I’ve seen Willys treated worse. This image comes from Tumblr.
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1200.
It doesn’t quite run, but might not take much to get it to ‘running’.
“I have a great project vehicle for the right person-a 1966 Willy’s CJ5 Jeep. It needs a starter, clutch, and a gas tank. The body is a little rough, but fixable. It has a Dauntless V6 engine and has a clear title. It has been garage kept for the past three years. Take a look!”
There might be some value here. The seller also has a 55 Willys pickup body with title $200.
“Have two Willys for sale.
1948 Willys Delivery, 2wd, has no motor or tranny, no title. asking $500 OBO
1948 Willys Jeepster, 2wd, at one time someone has installed a small block chevy and tranny and a different rear end but never completed the job. This car has little to no rust, has been painted blue over the original yellow, has original bows and hardware for the convertible top. These are hard to find, only made them for a few years. This would be a very nice project. No title, Asking $750 OBO
I would sell seperate or as one lot, make an offer.
Have other jeep parts: quadratrac transfer cases, AMC 401, AMC 304 long block, TF 900 from Hornet wagon
Also have a 55 Willys pickup body with title $200
