A very cool unusual jeep. 95% complete, original engine, trans, t-case, narrow track axles 81″ wheelbase, 74″ bed with tailgate. Sheet metal is very very good. almost no rust. All surface patina type rust. A great start for restoration. Does NOT run at the moment. Title in hand. $2000.00”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3000.
“This is a rare, 1958 FC150 narrow track. It is in very good condition, being 95% complete and original. Odometer reading indicates just under 8K original miles. Body is solid with a few minor dents. F-head engine had the head removed and replaced by previous owner, with reassembly about 80% complete, and as such it is not running. This is a great vehicle for someone looking to do an original restoration since the vehicle is so complete.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay
Good looking FC.
“THIS FC170 HAS BEEN RESTORED AND LOOKS INCREDIBLE. IT HAS A BRAND NEW GREEN METALLIC PAINT JOB. THIS FORWARD CONTROL HAS A FULL 9 FOOT BED AND IS A ONE TON SO IT IS EXTREMELY RARE! THE RIMS HAVE BEEN POWDER COATED.
MECHANICALLY THE HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER SUPER HURRICANE 6 MOTOR RUNS GREAT AND IT IS ACCOMPANIED BY A T-98 FOUR SPEED AND TWO SPEED TRANSFER CASE. THIS TRUCK NOT ONLY LOOKS GREAT BUT IS DESIGNED FOR GREAT FUNCTIONALITY AND USE.
THE INTERIOR IS NEW AND IMMACULATE! IT INCLUDES NEW HEADLINER, SEATS AND DOOR PANELS ALL IN GRAY VINYL. IT ALSO HAS NEW CARPET. THE FACTORY GAUGE CLUSTER AND AN UNMOLESTED DASH FINISH OFF THE CLEAN LOOK.”
UPDATE: Was $2000. **SOLD**
Runs and drives.
“We have a rare 1958 willys fc 170. Cosmetically a little rough. Runs and drives. Would make a great restore project. Has working auxiliary pto on transmission, options are endless. Great farm truck or hunting wagon. Bought with lost title so there is no title. Four wheel drive works. Located in Pagosa Springs Co.”
UPDATE: **SOLD* Was $1000. This one sold quickly! I considered this one for myself.
Looks like a good price. It runs.
“Great unique jeep project. 4cyl engine, 4×4.
Engine does run and it will drive although it has no brakes.
Cab is in decent shape, bed is rusty
come take a look and make me a offer.
I have to get this out of my yard.”
UPDATE: **SOLD**
It doesn’t run.
“Well I’m sure no expert on Jeeps, but a guy I know, has had this FC-170 in a barn for the last 20 years, or so.
I ended up with it in a trade.
This is what I would call a “Barn Find”.
Here is what I know….
It belonged to a fire dept. in the mountains here in Colorado.
I believe the 66,147 miles are actual.
It was taken out of service waiting for a muffler system.
This jeep is filthy dirty, and just how I received it.
I have spun the engine by hand, and it “Turns free”.
Yesterday I noticed an FC commercial making the rounds on Facebook, one I hadn’t previously seen. It turned out to be a shortened version that Brendan from the-old-jeep has posted back in 2010. I’m sure some others out there didn’t see it either. It’s a good one that starts with a comedy routine and then shows an FC-150 & 170 hard at working towing vehicles.
No pics provided. I”m not sure if this is an FC or something custom on an FC frame.
“1957 Jeep Willy’s for Sale/Trade. It’s on a 4X4 F-150 Frame-351 V8 Motor- Sounds Great, Runs/Drive excellent- Willing to trade for older coupe or make me an offer.”

(12/04/2014) Both or projects.
“Rare Jeep / Willys FC-150 and FC-170 for sale.
Price depends on which project u want.
Have clean titles for most of them.
These jeeps are becoming increasingly popular amongst car guys. There have been a couple at SEMA the past couple years.
They are getting harder to find every day!!”
