This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Rare FC-150 Jeep Truck,1959 Forward Control 4 cylinder,4 wheel drive. Truck was running,but now has been parked outside for some time.
Good for restoration or parts,very cute little vehicle.”

“Pickup bed for Jeep FC150 in excellent condition. No holes or rot. Looks like it had and older restoration. Fenders included, both fenders have fatigue cracks. I am switching to a dump bed. Gas tank NOT included.”
It looks like the rear hubs would support dual rims.

(05/26/2013) This sounds like a partly disassembled project.
“1957 Willy’s FC150. FC stands for forward control. Runs and drives. Have began a slow restoration, however just don’t have the time/money/space to continue. Have all the parts, plus an extra cab (1964) with just about an extra full set of all cab parts. New springs, master cylinder, carb rebuilt. Original 134 cubic inch hurricane F head 4 cylinder motor with T90 3 speed transmission. Not many of these were made, not many left. $3950 obo or may consider a V-twin bobber or maybe dirt bikes/4-wheelers for trade.”

This FC has a dual PTO.
“1959 Jeep Willys 4X4 FC-170 Pick up restored Super Cool Truck 12V upgrade + so many more. Rebuilt, New tires & seats, electric & much more. Truck has a compressor w/ front & rear hook-ups to power air compression tools or inflate tires, air horn + lots more. Extremely rare & great restoration. New gas tank ($200) will be needed because some looser punched a hole in the tank to steal the gas a couple of months ago. Truck is located in Palm Springs by Desert Regional Hospital $15K+ invested in restoration to date. Clear title. First $7400 CASH takes it.”
