It appears in decent condition and looks complete. It might not be bad price.

“$2000 bucks 1957 willys jeep forward control
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5000.
Looks solid. Includes a PTO. Some rust in the rear.
“1959 Jeep Willys FC170 3/4 ton pickup. Cab is in great shape with original paint, all good glass, recovered seats, new brakes, new tires. Runs and drives good. The bed floor and tailgate are rusty. Factory PTO set up to run farm equipment. The engine smokes a little and has a slight knock from a spun bearing. The bearing was replaced but the crank is scored. I have another good crank to go with it. It has been in storage for about 5 years.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3200.
(04/03/2010) This will make someone a good project.
“Too many toys, not enough time left to finish… This little cab-over Willys 4×4 with some finishing TLC, could be a real show stopper… It has a 283 CI rebuilt Ford engine, with an added air tunnel for excellent cooling. It comes with near new tires, chrome wheels and a small lift kit. The bed sits on new mounts and comes with a side toolbox, the body is in primer with a minimal amount body work left before painting. The new re-wiring is more than 75% finished…. Due to health issures, questions are preferred and answered through my e-mail at: al3@velotech.net …However, my cell # is 5307393654 for the more serious inquirers…”

(01/03/2009) While there’s some surface rust, it doesn’t appear to me that there is much rust around the doors. The fact that it starts and runs is worth something!

An article in the Green Bay Press-Gazette on November 18, 1962, warned readers not to be surprised if they were flagged down at a Green Bay & Western (GBW) railroad crossing by a jeep. The article goes on to describe that GBW bought 2 1962 FCs for use on their railroad, some of the Jeep’s features, and how they would be used. The history of these FCs (shown below) and the GBW in general can be found at the Green Bay & Western Lines website.
One image below appears to be a rough scan showing the two FC-170s at the time of purchase. I’ve added a link to the 2nd photo which shows the FC awaiting restoration as of 2005 (a note under the image asked that it not be reproduced without permission).
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay
“THIS IS A VERY OLD AND ROUGH WILLYS FC-150 JEEP. IT IS NOT ROAD WORTHY, AND MOST LIKELY NEVER WILL AGAIN. MATTER OF A FACT IT HAS ONE WHEEL OR MORE IN THE JUNK YARD. I FIGURED BEFORE I TURN IT OVER FOR SCRAP I WOULD GIVE ANYONE WHO MIGHT USE IT FOR A FEW PARTS A CHANCE. ALL THE RUNNING GEAR IS STILL WITH IT. THE WHEELS STILL TURN AND BY SOME MIRICLE STILL HOLD 30 PSI OF AIR. IT HAS BEEN SITTING AROUND FOR A GOOD 10 YEARS THE BODY IS SHOT, MOST WINDOWS ARE DAMAGED. THE FRAME HAS HAD A WOOD REPAIR IN BACK, YUP WOOD. THE MOTOR COVER HAS BEEN REMOVED, SORRY I GAVE THAT AWAY. THE MOTOR STILL HAS THE ORIGINAL OIL AND ANTI FREEZE AND MOTOR TURNS OVER EASLY BY HAND. THERE IS NO TITLE, NO REGISTRATION, NO NOTHING.”
