This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Needs lots of work. Seller didn’t know his father had it.
“You’ve heard stories of great car finds in farmer’s barns. Well, this is the case. While cleaning my father’s barn after his passing I was shocked to find this jeep. It hasn’t run for many years but appears to be in relatively good shape. As you can see, I have not completely cleared the debris around the jeep. I’m asking $7,500 or best offer.”

“1 WWII Ford GPW (jeep) for sale. Needs restoration most of the parts are there. It has period proper Willys engines flat head four cylinders. 1942 has brand new army non directional tires Full set of Beachwood N. O. S. Canvas. Seat cushions, front and rear.One set of full top and one windshield cover. Extra set of fenders, tub is not bad some rot in floors (as usual). MUST SEE.”

1945 Ford GPW 4X4 JEEP. Clear Title. Runs Great !
Engine is mid 1960 Mustang, rebuilt with about 1000. miles on it.
New Clutch. Original Trans and transfer case. I have the rebuild kits for the brakes, and New master cyl.
Runs good,Drives good, needs brakes fixed. New Gauges,( have originals included).
Have original Radiator. NEW Driver side seat frame, New spare tire bracket.
Reel Cool WWII Navy Jeep. Engine is worth asking price..
I have medical issues that makes me need to sell it.”

I’m more familiar with M37’s than GPW’s, but all items for sale have been well cared for and are in excellent condition. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. The asking price for the complete package is $26k.”

(05/08/2017) “I have a 1945 ford jeep. Engine has been swapped to a v6 buick motor. Has brand new 4 speed transmission with very few miles on it. Tires are in good shape with a brand new full sized spare. 4×4 works, locked front end. Jeep needs a little steering work so will have to be towed. I have a clean title for it and it has collector plates on it. “
