Maybe this runs?
“If you ever wanted to fix a jeep from the ground up here is your jeep old Willy 1953 with the first CJ body. Here is all the info on it just getting to old to crawl under and just want to clean out the garage. Talk to my son and will get you a real fun jeep to have that is one of a kind.”
This appears solid.
“Best Cash Offer!
Invested well over $10K in the last 12 months, not including the price of the jeep.
It’s a 53 titled as a 56. We had a 56 body tub shipped from Indiana before the build.
Lots of new parts to include motor, gaskets, fuel tank and lines, fuel pump coil, dash, gauges, wiring harness, oil lines, condenser, tires, wheel bearings, steering assembly and a bunch more.
Everything works great, a little hesitation from the carb when cold, but other than that, vehicle runs great. Minor TLC just like any other older vehicle. Drove it every day last summer, just sits in storage now. I would be willing to entertain trades, looking for a 78-79 Ford Bronco XLT Ranger, must be mint. Have cash to put towards any trade. Please include a phone number in your reply as I need to be able to filter the spam.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was an in-person auction.
Buz spotted this auction. There are a variety of vehicles, but only one jeep.
Buz noted this is available at an auction here.
It runs and drives. Can’t see much from the pic, but it looks stock.
