Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1957 Diesel Willy’s Pickup
This pickup has a 6 cylinder SD33 diesel engine, 4 speed transmission and Dana 20 transfer case out of a 1976 International Scout. All that it needs to pass a state inspection is the horn and turn signals to be fixed.
Things that I’ve done to it:
Glow plugs
Heater core
Rebuilt drag link ends
Complete new brake system, master cylinder, all wheel cylinders, drums, shoes, metal and rubber brake lines, parking brake cable and handle”

“1986 CJ10 (diesel) TUG converted to wagon
The tug was extended to wagon. Specs with a 57 willys Jeep bed. Titled as a 57 jeep
All that needs to be done is replace fuel filters and the injector needs to be cleaned because of bad gas. Engine works.
Asking $5,000 or all reasonable offers.”
