Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. I don’t believe this has an engine or tranny (the ad notes it is set up for a chev 350 and trans).

The price looks good, though the truck is hard to see in the pic.

(08/07/2015) This still needs some wiring, plumbing and body finishing.
“For sale a 1960 Willy’s Pickup truck almost finished. Has frame up restoration, tons of new and rebuilt parts to go with it. Only need wiring, plumbing and the body finished. I have the wiring harness and all the new rubber, new windows ect… It is registered and insured just finish it and you will be cruising before you know it. I may be willing to trade for something of equal value.”

This looks like a solid truck, though it needs the wiring finished and there is some rust.
“1949 Willys Jeep Truck, 4×4. flat 4 motor, 3 speed column shit. I have converted to a gm alternator and 12 volt battery. Tires are good and body is in great shape. The only rust is on the bottom of the doors. Truck starts, runs and drives, but needs a tune up and wiring finished.”
