This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “950 Willys Wagon 4wd hi and low 2wd hi and low, 305 Chevy, turbo 350 trans, Custom Beach Themed interior, all new carpet, headliner,seats,etc..cd player hidden in glovebox with remote mounted with other new gauges,4-6×9 speakers, new fuel tank, exhaust system, alumn radiator with remote fan and trans cooler. 1950’s surf rack, lots of new chrome , custom vinyl – woody – wrap, alumn wheels tires are 50%, structurally sound, runs great, serious only, have owned for past 11 years, garage kept, driven 3-5 times a year. Over 10k invested. Includes spare parts, vinyl and jeep manual, partial trade for 4 door jeep wrangler or 2010 and up suburban.”

“This jeep was owned by an older gentleman who passed away before he got it finished. I did some work for his wife in exchange for it. I don’t know too much about it, but here goes:
He put a small block chevy in it, someone told me it’s a 350 but I don’t know for sure. It looks like he beefed up the front springs to carry the extra weight. It’s 4WD with a 4 spd. tranny. His wife told me it is a Muncie transmission. It has a transfer case with two shifter levers. I have never tried to start it cause the installation is not quite complete. Also the brakes aren’t hooked up.
It has new chrome rims and off road tires. He had the seats re-upholstered in leather. They are just sitting in there now, they are not fastened down.
I have all new glass for it, still in the packaging. There’s also window channel and some miscellaneous parts. I was hoping to restore this but I don’t think it will happen, so I just want to get rid of it. The price is $3,000. I actually have more than that in it but I just want to cut my losses.”

(03/04/2014) This wagon was chopped at an angle, giving it an unusual look.
“This wagon has a small block Chevy engine , turbo 400 transmission , CD player , heater works, This Jeep two door has been chopped and has a new mustang 2 front end, good tires and is road ready. This Vehicle runs.
Trades considered- other classic cars or trucks, rat rods, tractors and implements . Ask me if not listed reasonable trade considered.”

(11/08/2012) “I have a rare 1948 Willys delivery wagon for sale. This is one cool street rod / hot rod ! Body is sitting on a S-10 chassis from a 1994 4×4 Blazer. Vehicle is powered by a 4.3 Liter Vortec GM engine, fuel injected, Howell wiring harness, 4L60e automatic 4 speed transmission with overdrive, and new 32″ Hankook MT tires, auto meter gauges, etc. I have approx. 1800 miles on it since building it last winter. It drives and runs great. Straight and true.”
