About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“1962 Willys, Utility Wagon, 4 wheel drive. Current odometer reads 47,691 (not likely original), suitable as a daily driver with original “Hurricane” 6 totally professionally rebuilt (46,467miles). Car will do 65 MPH at 2300 RPM, will go faster but why would you? Added Tachometer, column mounted shown in pictures, helps to know when to shift.
New front hubs, All guages work. Front seat shoulder mounted seat belts added in front. Springs have been re-arched to raise to original level. Interior is like new green vinyl with recently carpeted front seat area. Excellent paint inside and out, resides in sunny southern California and has no rust. Parkway wagon build. It’s unclear how much work is still needed.
“Really nice willys parkway for sale not going to get a chance to build it so I am going to let it go. Located in shawnee Oklahoma do have a complete front clip that goes with it also.”
(12/24/2020) This wagon was a rent-a-jeep unit out of Idaho Springs, Colorado. This would have been a neat one to restore back to it’s rental life condition. The deal includes a ’98 S-10.
“My plans have changed and I am selling my ’54 Jeep wagon. Overall good condition and just waiting for someone to give it the love that it needs. Ran when I got it but smoked. Had head machined and reconditioned. Head is back on vehicle. Was building new wiring harness when I got sick. Anxious to include ’98 S-10 extended cab 4×4 in package deal. Donated vehicle NO TITLE sold as parts vehicle or to use as running gear for wagon. S-10 is mostly complete also speedo shows about 23K on 4.3 Liter V-6 with auto trans. Anxious to move these two please contact if interested. Vehicles are located by Canon City, Colorado”
“Same owner the last 50 years. – $35k invested. Many new parts are installed & included. Willys starts and runs and is not finished. Original Pink Slip slip for 1954 Willys.
Chopped 8 inches, has shaved doors, has frenched tail lights, grill has been flipped, front fenders filled to change look, rear wheel wells have had front fender trims welded to body. The body has been professionally welded to the frame. Bodywork professionally repaired.
The Willys sits on a 1986 Buick Regal frame. The donor drive train is a 1990+/- Camaro IROC with 63,000 miles. The motor is a 305 IROC motor with a mild cam with many custom parts added. The transmission is from the same car and is a 700R. Many new parts have been added to the engine & suspension. Continue reading →
This is still a project. It has an early set of Free-Lock hubs (circa 1957) that could have been original to the wagon.
“I am selling my 1957 Jeep Willys Wagon. ALL ORIGINAL. This is the perfect project for someone to finish. I don’t have time with a growing family. The frame is in great condition. Patina. The body is immaculate inside and out. Wood trim. All original. All manuals are original. Included are $5,000 in parts to continue on the restoration. Jeep runs and drives but is not ready for the road. A few items from the new parts inventory are rear lights, rear bumper with Willys emblem. 2 front fenders. Chrome for grill. Etc. On the Jeep, new tires, suspension, brakes, exhaust, etc. $7500 OBO.”
The seller has done some research, discovering that this started life as a 2×4 for the Navy, but was then was refitted to be a 4×4 for the Forest Service (perhaps the Parkway Conversion was also implemented at that time?) .
“1961 Willys wagon 4×4. 4 speed with a Chevy small block. Vehicle has been stored under cover for the last 5 years until recently. There is some rust shown in the pictures. Hasn’t ran in 3 years and the rear brake line is bad. Does come with a tow bar and lights. Here’s a little back story on the wagon. Researching the serial number from Kaiser/Willys website this was a 2wd drive naval personnel carrier that was built at the end of the Korean War but never left the factory.
The government had Kaiser repurpose it for the forest service they transferred the body to a 4×4 chassis and sent it the forest service in Leavenworth Wa. I purchased it from the grandson of the man who bought it from the forest service. The original engine failed and was swapped out some time in the the mid 80’s. I don’t really want to sell but the wife wants a new house. Open to offers. Please don’t make a low offer I won’t be giving it away :-)”
