Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. I love the old lettering for the “Pine Valley Hunt Club”. Except for the crazy front bumper, this looks in pretty good shape. Motor is locked.

Rob spotted this priceless creation. It runs and drives and plows, which is more than can be said about some jeeps.

“Thanks for looking. I have a 1948 Willy’s CJ2A Jeep for sale. It is clean. I took it bear hunting during a snow storm up here in Globe, AZ. I will repost clean pics this wknd. I just moved and can’t find my camera inamy stuff. I won’t lie, the body is good. The floor is bad. You can see the ground from inside the tub. The engine runs good. It does really well off road. I had a st steel gas tank built for it. Holds about 9 gallons. I have 31×10.50x15s on it. Has reapolstered cj5 seats in the front and the back seat is in serious need of repair. I am in need of cash. I am asking $2000 obo.”
It’s got the wrong windshield. It’s also got a pretty thick step.
