This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1948 or 1949 Willys Jeep, not sure on the year. Original engine that appears to have been rebuilt at some point. We are doing a sealed bid. Bidding is open now until the 16th of August. Winner will be announced on the 17th. Winner must take delivery by the end of August. This Jeep is part of an estate sale along with a few other other items for silent auction/sealed bid. Many more items still on the property. A few old Alice Chalmers tractors and a lot of model A and model T parts and many more items too numerous to mention. Property is in Idaho near the Pomerelle ski resort in Malta.”

Not sure on odometer as speedo was not working when we got it. Have spent countless hours rebuilding brakes, transmission, transfer case, body, etc. Spent over $1000 for parts. Have purposely left paint in original Luzon Red patina. Have lots of pictures and a list of what parts were replaced.”
