“I am selling my 1947 Willy’s jeep. It runs perfect starts up every time. It has army regulation tires and the engine transmission and everything is original. The body has a few modified bits necessary because of old age but the body itself is original along with the seats steering column and practically the whole thing save from just a few pieces. I am selling because I don’t get to use it as much as I would like and it needs to be run a bit more then I have the time for. This jeep was sent to the army after it was built it went through the Korean War driven by a colonel then sent back to the states and sold to a gentlemen who had it for about 60 years then on his passing gave it to his close friend who I bought it from so I am only the 4th owner and it has always garage though I can’t speak for the army.”

“1948 CJ2A Project Vehicle. Underneath has been gone through and modified for a 6″ lift and has 16″ rims and tires. Comes with a Chevy 283 engine and master kit for the 283. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY. My health is deteriorating and I am no longer able to work on it. ”

“Willys is in good mechanical condition. Ready for hunting or fun. Original flat engine, hydraulic brakes, no top. Ralph at Thunder Mtn (where jeep is parked) has maintained the jeep for many years.
