Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1947 Willys Jeep was re engined with a Mazda rotary engine (won’t run). This is a great restoration project. The body is in pretty good shape in spite of many years storage, the windshield is pretty rusted. The Mazda adapter was quite expensive and the jeep is equipped with a Dualmatic dual range overdrive. Have the original radiator, a canvas military top(good shape), and 4 extra wider wheels and tires (decent).
