Currently no motor in it but I have a 350 Chevy motor to replace the one that was taken out. It is fun and very fast with that big 350. “I bought this 1951 Jeep Willys with the intention of restoring it, it has a (locked up) buick v6 in it now. I pulled off the front sheet metal and bought a 2002 tahoe 4.8 liter to go in it. I have a bill of sale from the auction. It’s all there except gas tank. All these parts are easy to get new on ebay. I’m pricing it cheap to sell, we are selling our house and need to get it out. 1150.00 obo”

“Well life has pitched me a curve ball and I need to sell my jeep. It is a 1952 CJ3a. It has been rebuilt from the ground up. The frame was sand blasted and hot dip galvanized. The engine, tranny, transfer, and both axles were rebuilt. The Carb was rebuilt by R. Pacholski (jeep carb wizard). It has a repro tub on it and is in excellent mechanical shape. Last summer it past a Maine State Inspection, which means it can drive over the road without any restrictions. The only thing it needs is paint. I had not painted it yet because I wanted to put some miles on it before paint in case I had to do more mechanical work. I am looking to get $7000.00. I have close to 12K into it.’

(11/12/2016) Runs and drives. Has a few upgrades.
“67 year old Jeep in very solid and original condition. Previous owner of 42 years stored inside and has been well maintained. Very straight, solid, and practically rust free. Good TN ‘yellow’ title.
The original 4 cylinder engine has been upgraded in the 1970’s to a 62-64 Buick V6 199 cu. in. Jeep has also been converted to 12 volt; steering box has been converted to a Saginaw; and 9″ Jeep brakes converted to Ford 11″ brakes. 3-4 inch lift kit installed via new springs. 12-15 tires and wheels. Original 3 speed transmission, 2 lever transfer case, and differentials. Original dash and instruments. Windshield glass good, original frame. Original tailgate. Seats very good but not original. Good soft top and doors included.
Recently done is new battery, tune up parts, fluid change, carb rebuild, and complete brake rebuild.
Runs, drives, and stops good. 4WD works.
Great full restoration candidate, or enjoy as is.
