About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
(10/28/2018) This might have a fiberglass body. It’s listed as a 1962 CJ-3B.
“1962 cj-b3 Jeep Willy lifted with a built 327 motor bored 30 over. Has a 4 speed transmission and working 4 wheel drive! Frame is powder coated. Runs strong with plenty of power and sounds great! Led bar included! Asking $11,000 or best offer! Also have all paper work and receipts”
“1953 cj3b Willy’s. Currently has a mopar 318 v8 out of a 86 Dodge Ramcharger, also has the Ramcharger 4 speed auto trans and transfer case in it as well.
Has a Dana 44 front axle, passenger side drop, Chrysler 9 3/4 rear axle. Front axle is vacuum actuated 4×4, was planning on converting it to a push/pull knob on the dash(kits available online)
Original frame, in great shape, frame is stretched 12 inches and fully reinforced for the stretch. Stretched frame b/c I was planning on building a LJ type look, along with the need for the correct drive shaft angle. Axles have been stretched as well. Front is about 3 inches and rear is about 8. Original wheel base was about 76 inches, now is sitting around the same as a jku Continue reading →
The body is in great shape. This has a non-running L-134 flathead with a WWII head and a 1950s oil filter mount (probably a rebuilt engine). Tires look in good shape. Could be a good price.
“One family owned Willy’s for sale. Looking for a new family to love. New points, wires, plugs, oil can, master cylinder, running good, lots of new parts. Not a daily driver but a great jeep to toy around in, has some popping in 2nd and 3rd gear due to needing some timing adjustments. Classic Willy and all the intricacies that come with that.”
“Selling my CJ3B high hood flat fender Jeep. Mechanically the Jeep is in good condition, new brakes, all lights and gauges work, and new tires. The body is looks good from a distance, but it has some areas of rust and several patches, as you can see see in the pictures. This Jeep has been a lot of fun, but I’m not using it as much as I would like to so it’s time for someone else to enjoy it.”
“I am selling this for a friend. It has the original drivetrain, it is 4×4, and i cant remember the rest of the details. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me 6000 obo”
“1953 CJ-3b Willy’s jeep. Frame is solid, but body is pretty much shot. Has been sitting for some time, but all important parts are there. Drivers side seat, rear hitch, windsheld frame with glass, ect. All the other parts are easy to find on ebay. Great for someone looking for a cj-3b jeep without spending alot of money. No title, but new vin plates can be found online and file for a missing title at the dmv, very easy for a car this old.”
“For sale is an extremely clean 1958 Jeep Willys CJ3B. This vehicle is a project, but is close to being finished. I was planning on building it this winter but I bought a new snowmobile and no longer have the funds to finish it. I am not in a hurry to sell and if I do not get a good offer I will hold on to it until I have funds to finish it. I will entertain trades for a 4×4 cummins or 7.3, backhoe or tractor, camper, tacoma or tundra or partial trades. If you have other trades in mind let me know, worst I can say is no. Cash is king.
