These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “High hood flat fender Willys Jeep for sale! 90% original. Great condition, drives and runs strong. Power steering and power brakes. Everything is in working order. Original body no rust this is a California Jeep. Brand new tires, soft top and doors come with it. 8000 LB Warn winch with remote cable. I will accept a lessor amount if you do not want the winch. Willy’s Trailer, made from the back half of a 1948 Willy’s Jeep. Has front cabinet with lid for storage, the original storage under the passenger seat in good shape, has 2″ ball hitch in front and 2″ ball for towing in rear. Has original 7.50″ x 16″ wheels with truck M&S tires. Set up for 6 pin wiring.
Want to sell as a set just in time for Hunting Season. Could also be a GREAT restoration project, just turning 50 years old “VINTAGE”. Asking $4500 for both – $4000 for Willy’s and $500 for trailer. (06/28/2012) This is a CJ-3B that the seller is advertising as a M606 clone. It looks fairly solid, though the steps have been patched. Note the the radios are not functional at this time.
“1960 “High Hood” CJ3B/M606 clone. Painted in Vietnam era semi-gloss olive drab. New tires, new vinyl top, new tailgate. Ramsey (PTO) winch works and has new cable. Siren, Blackout Light, 2 Piece Antenna, Demilled 3 1/2″ Bazooka, Inert Bazooka Round, Spare 134 Hurricane Engine and Misc. Spare Parts. Odometer Reads 350 miles, the guy I bought it from said he replaced the speedometer when he had the engine and transmission rebuilt. The radios are not hooked up. Turn the key and go! Turns heads anywhere I go. I work so I try to check my email every evening. Thanks for looking.”
“1953 jeep Willys, 4×4 with Buick 225 v6 engine and Muncie 4 speed Manuel transmission. Runs like a top, new alternator, radiator, battery, tires, clutch, brakes. I’m only selling it so cheap because I PCS in the next 5 months and I absolutely have to get rid of it before then. I’m already selling myself way short for the price, the body itself is probably worth that alone. There’s absolutely no rust on this thing. You won’t find a 1953 body in this good of shape. It might look dirty in the pictures but I urge you to come see for yourself. I live in oceanside, I’d be happy to get you into the base its located at (camp pendleton) if you don’t happen to be military. Call text or email, this thing needs a good home. If I had somewhere I could keep it when I go to Texas I would, but it’s just not in the cards. Willing to negotiate on price within reason.”

This looks like a real good price and a great PNW jeep. It includes 2 spae engines and a warn OD. The front springs have been reversed.

(06/29/2013) It might not be at “factory specs”, but it’s got a repro body and appears solid.

“This is my project jeep. CJ3B high hood. The factory frame was replaced with a “boxed” dj5 (postal jeep) frame….power steering…custom engine mounts…etc …..has a 1965 289 v8 (popped freeze plugs during winter…drained. griffin radiator (2 one inch cores) but apparently water left in block froze popping freeze plugs) with top loader 4 spd….twin stick….warn overdrive. Custom stainless bumpers. Confer shackles…. Needs finishing.”
