Need that excuse to visit the Virgin Islands? Here it is. A CJ-3B marooned on a remote island just waiting for you to save it! If you do go, rent a boat and head to the British Virgin Islands and visit Virgin Gorda to swim and climb amongst the boulders. When I visited in 1987 only 2 other people were there; we ran the boat onto the soft sand beach and started swimming. I think I need to return with Ann . . .

(06/02/2013) This may deserve a closer look.
“I’m selling my 1960 Willys/Jeep CJ3B; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeep_CJ#CJ-3B
I’ve recently had a new exhaust system installed, purchased a new top, and had the seats reupholstered.
It runs and drives great, and shifts through all gears (including 4WD H/L) perfectly. It has rust spots on the body. I have a clear Kansas title, and can be tagged as an antique, which costs a lifetime fee of around $40 in Kansas. I believe it has just over fifty-thousand miles on the odometer.
I really hate to have to pass her on, but I’ve got too many vehicles and need to make space. That being said, I may be interested in trading for some Hunting/Camping land, a nice recreational lot, or other property trades.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1500

“I’m just seeing what kind of interest there is on my Kaiser 3B Jeep. It’s the flat fender “high hood”model, like a willys. It needs restored. Frame is in great shape, it will run, nothing is locked up, But it needs a body kit to replace the old tub, fenders, and hood…the grill is the only good body part. Any questions, email me. No trades. Has title”
