This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (07/06/2010) This is a nice build. It has the Hudson steering mod.
“One of a kind 1953 Willy’s Jeep CJ3B. This is the cleanest most unique Willy’s on the road. Completely restored with Buick v6, Headers, Hudson steering, overdrive. Amazing paint job, candy apple red w metal fleck. Chrome all over, including bumpers, grill, dash, motor parts. Custom diamond plate all around, roll bar, sweet interior with leather buckets and custom carpet and pads. BFG Radial T/A’s in great shape, on classic chrome rims with dog dish in the rear. Runs great, sounds great, looks great. Always stored inside. Fresh carb rebuild, fluids and battery. Soft top with doors is still in good shape. Won show awards in the 80’s. Same owner for 39 years. Hate to sell it but it’s finally time.”

Brett spotted this find. It runs! Replace the hood and grille and this might be a nice ride. What is that mounted in front of the grille along the frame?

(06/12/2010) “This Jeep is the high hood model formerly containing the Hurricane 4 cylinder engine. It has been converted to a 231 Buick V-6 aluminum block engine with low miles. It also has a 4 speed Muncie transmission coupled to a Warn overdrive. It has new 1250 x 15″ tires, a new radiator, new starter, new clutch, new brake lines, new water pump and many other extras.”

Comes with wench and soft top apparatus, Same as truck in picture but original black seats are in now, with black rims.
