About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“This is a unicorn. This little green gem has around 36k miles on it. Nothing is rusted out. It is mostly all original from what I can see.
Runs good
The rare hard top is in amazing shape with keys to lock doors.
Still has the 6v system and has cloth wiring. You will not find another cj3b in this shape that has not been restored..”
This looks to be a modified and stretched CJ-3B. This might be 2WD.
“1946 Willy jeep will crank by spraying starting fluid in carburetor 62654 miles showing. No u can not drive it home. It needs work. But for its age it’s not bad 2500 o.b.o”
“Up forsale is a 1954 cj3b high hood, very desirable and hard to come by. This one boast all of the factory original parts as it was parked. This is a great restoration candidate or get it going and show off the patina look. The engine spins over and I’m sure a set of points, carb clean and she would fire right off. $2250 obo”
“Mechanically restored. New Tires, Brakes/Brake Lines, Carburetor, Fuel Tank, Battery, GM Alternator, Seats, Dash Instruments, Steering Wheel, Wiper Arms/Blades, Engine Rebuilt, New Clutch. Needs some body work. Runs. Owned by one family since 1973. Orig generator available. Tow Bar conveys. Clean title”
Seems like a good price. Seller is very clear that it isn’t a perfect vehicle, but it does run and drive.
“1953 Willys jeep cj3b Starts right up and drives but it is almost 70yrs old. This thing is slow, bumpy, wanders all over the road, drips fluids and the brakes are like rubbing to blocks of wood together. But it’s an Absolute blast to drive. Was driving to work and school daily, now it’s not getting driven enough and I have other projects I’d like to get too. Mostly original. But there are a few modern additions. Electric wipers, electric fuel pump, modern air filter (I do have the original air canister filter) Minimal rust nothing cancerous that I know of just some light surface in a few places. Newer paint job, white exterior and black monstaliner in the inside tub. New seat upholstery, New tube in the tires and tires are in great shape. Starter and t-case rebuild 2yrs ago I want to be clear this is not a perfect vehicle, it leaks fluid, body isn’t perfect, paint isn’t perfect. This is not a show vehicle nor is the asking price. It is a driver”
