Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Bill shared this project. It looks like a cross between the Bonanza III and the standard cab. The Bonanza III had windows where the those horizontal indentations were located.

Includes a NEW body kit! Seller wants to sell this quick. He was originally asking much more.
“Priced for quick sale $3,500 firm. 56 CJ-5, runs but needs fuel pump and gas tank. Included in price is brand new steel Tub, fenders and windshield frame by Willys/Overland still in the crate (receipt for $6,500). Also comes with new wiring harness, racing seat, total brake rebuild parts and original steel hard top and doors.”

“This Tuxedo Park was bought last year from “willys for sale.com” as a father son project.
pretty close to every thing has been touch one way or another. This model is considered a collectors item since less than 7000 where produced
we are the second registered owner. the jeep is currently on the road and being enjoyed by the family “top off windshield down” like it was meant to be.
60/40 split seats
excellent soft top with crystal clear windows (in storage)
original tags inside and out
original keys and manuals
new gas tank
new white wall tires
new floor shift conversion (column shift included)
new brake lines
new brake cylinders
new exhaust system
Looks like there could be parts value at the very least.
“Selling this 1965 CJ5 Jeep. It is for the most part complete and I did get it to run for a few minutes last year. Somewhere along the line a L134 engine was swapped in place of the original F134. There is no seats in it, and I took the carb off it for another jeep I have. Everything else is there. Has a 6′ manual angle snow plow and a metal hard top. Also has a nice set of very aggressive bias tires on it. They all hold air but have some dry rot. Brakes don’t work. Frame looks pretty good no holes or patches that I could see. Body is there but it is a 52 year old plow jeep. Mainly floors, but saveable in my opinion.
I have a title but its notarized into someone else’s name.
I do not want to take a million pictures or Awnser endless texts, nor do I want to trade for anything. I’m not desperate to sell, just would like the space it’s taking up.”

It looks like there’s some value here between the cage, seats, front clip, and engine.

Custom roll cage fitted to frame. I have a windshield, doors, heater box, custom drive shafts and to many other parts to mention. frame has been painted.”
