Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. I can’t tell if there is more work needed or not, apart from the gas tank, but this could be a good price if it runs and drives.

“Have for sale a 1963 CJ-5 Willy’s Jeep.
Very strong running Jeep. I have been using it as a daily driver.
All the lights work and so do the brakes. I replaced the generator with an alternator. Also has an electric fuel pump. The body is in pretty good shape giving how old it is. Also comes with a half cab and doors. It has a heater that works really well for Winter driving.
