This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. The early CJ-5 VIN should read 57548 11040. So, check the VIN closely on this one.

Here’s a rare Super Jeep for sale.
“This is the real deal. I am trying to sell a 1973 Jeep CJ5. Everything is original on this machine, even the tires. My father-in-law inherited it from his father and it has been garage forever. This car has under 4,000 original miles.”
Looks like a good jeep for the price.

UPDATE: There was no price on this jeep. It sold right away.
Jim spotted this CJ-5 for sale. Looks pretty stock. The seller obviously covets minimalist ads, since there is not year, no price, and no description.
