Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Just replaced the battery, throttle cable, and fuel pump. Rebuilt the carburetor also.
Some rust and poor patches, but pretty solid for the age.”

“1965 Jeep CJ6. In line 4cyl. Ran with points distributer. Installed a brand new HEI type distributer and can’t get fire. Installed a new water pump, and carburetor. Have replacement brake lines, doors, and windshield that goes with it, also has 35″ tires. PTO driven winch. Have title in hand. Possible trade offers welcome.”

Dana 18 transfer case with optional PTO gearbox with both forward and rear facing outputs.
Trans shifts fine and tcase works. Pto is fully functional
All orginal and not cut up. Has a bent bumper up front and rust in usual places.
