“This 1956 Jeep CJ-6 is an original. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle is drivable and is not regularly driven.

1956 was the very first year of the CJ-6 production which spanned just under twenty years – and saw just 50,172 built. Based on the serial number, this would be the 417th one built! We had this engine running in the Fall of 2021, but would recommend rebuilding the fuel pump and cleaning the tank etc. Continue reading →

Bryan’s selling this CJ-6. According to the generally accepted serial number database, this was the last CJ-6 manufactured in 1960. It’s title lists it as a 1961, probably because that’s when it was sold.

“Up for sale is my CJ6 project. It runs and drives but needs lots of work and is rusty. Water pump leaks, the brakes don’t work and it has a broken leaf spring. It is currently on a non-op, so there are no back fees at the dmv. All original willys jeep that you don’t see everyday. Don’t ask if it’s available, I will remove post when it sells. I can prove that it runs to serious buyers”

“1965 CJ6 Tuxedo Park. 225ci v6 motor, sm420, warn over drive, Dana 20 T case. New fuel pump fuel lines and dipped fuel tank. Motor runs great, low miles on rebuilt motor. Full top. Driver side front (Dana 30) birfeild is broken. Rear axle is bent on passenger side. Original axels. 9000 obo. Shoot me an offer”
