“1970 dj5 mail jeep project. Model A drop axle, hair pins, front disc brakes, vaga box, cross steer, 10 bolt rear-end with triangulated 4 link, break master cylender and petal located and setup, 6″ channel and all new floor pans fabricated, smoothed fire wall set up for small block chevy (motor in pictures is just a mock up motor). Lots of hrs in fabrication spent. Hate to sell but need room for new project. Have vin plate and Idaho title from previous owner. The last picture is the look i was heading for. Need out of shop price is obo.”

(11/11/2016) “1974 willys jeep CJ5 asking $1000 obo. Body is clean. Has the original seat and tires. Once used for advertising at Karl Malone car sales in Albuquerque. No motor or transmission. All original glass intact. Must be towed. Serious inquiries only.”

“CLEAN 74 DJ5…This classic is on consignment in Gulf Breeze, FL by owner!! Was used for mail delivery for 12 years. Have replaced engine ($1200. less than 5000 miles). AM General 121cu Engine (Audi/VW casting)
Holly 2 barrel carb
Rear wheel drive
Right hand manual steering
Manual drum brakes
3 speed chrysler 904 automatic transmission
Solid frame and body, rust holes treated and covered with patches, could use proper bodywork if desired
Runs strong, engine takes a few minutes to warm up when cold
Odometer says 77k, most likely 177k, 25K being from myself
