About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“Old crusty jeep FC170. i bought it for the flatbed, that will NOT come with it.
It has the flathead 226 super hurricane motor with hi comp head, and it runs well. the tranny is shot. i’ve driven it around the yard. the windshield is good, and very hard to find.
This is not something to buy and try to revive. it’s a good parts truck.”
Matt forwarded this rare M-677 for sale on eBay. The seller is willing to make an early deal.
“1964 JEEP WILLYS FORWARD CONTROL FC-170 M-677 CREW CAB 4X4 MARINE ISSUE.
This is an extremely rare version of the jeep fc-170. The m-677 was a crew cab and was a military issue only. Production number estimates are between 300-700 but to my knowledge nobody knows the actual number. Very few survive today. This is a really cool little jeep and gets tons of attention. I couldn’t get it home without having to talk to people everywhere I stopped. I’ve been to many carshows and never seen one. I’ve never seen one driving or anywhere in person until I bought it. This truck is mostly original and has only had a couple owners. The gentleman I bought it from had owned it since at least 1979, maybe earlier. I have registrations going back that far in his name. I believe he purchased it from a military or government auction. Original marine nomenclature tag is on the dash. It is hard to see all the numbers in the pics, but they are clearly visible in person and nothing is worn off. Here are all the details on the jeep/willys. Included is a picture link with MANY MORE PICTURES. Also some pics of other m677’s. Thanks.
Buz spotted these two photos from HAMB. The photos were taken by Jack Brands. I tried to identify this European FC van, but didn’t have any luck. Anyone know? Ambulance maybe?

“I’m selling one of my 1958 Willys FC 170s. This is a project vehicle. It will need some work. It has the hurricane 6 cyclinder with the 3 speed transmission.
I will include the extra cab with the full asking price. Please feel free to email me with any questions.
“I had the FC running about 6 months ago then it just stopped feeding gas through the fuel lines. I have a brand new fuel pump, brand new fuel filter and a new air filter for it, I never got the fuel lines for it. The old girl still turns over just wont feed gas through the fuel lines. The brake lines my be replaced and the rear axel might be locked up, Im not to positive on that one. The jeep has its normal rust like any other old jeep out there. It does have a PTO system coming out the back of the transfer case and there is three box’s of misc. parts that come with the FC that I have stored in a shed. The FC does have a title but its not in my name so you could put it in your name, Im not quite sure how you would go about that. I think you need prof of purchase, a picture and a pencil rub of the vin number I believe, like I said Im not to positive on that one. The FC originally came off an airfield in New Jersey, went to some guy up in Pittsburg, then down to a guy in souther PA, then after him it came to me.
Have any questions feel free to ask me.

“1961 Willys Jeep FC-150 Forward Control four-wheel-drive pickup. Actual total mileage is unknown.
It starts and runs good, drives good and stops good.
The original pickup bed was rusted, so it was removed and a wood bed installed. Oak front bumper.
The bottom of the cab is very rusted, with several rust-through areas.
The engine is not the original F-head engine; it has been replaced with a flat-head Jeep engine.
However, included with the vehicle is another Willys Jeep F-head engine (not stuck, but needing overhauled),
and also many additional F-head engine parts (see photos).
Clear title. Not presently licensed for the road, just used around the farm.
Shop Manual and Owners Manual are also included.
Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
Vehicle is located near Woodstock, Illinois. If you are in the area, you can come and see it and test drive it.”
