I’m taking the day off. Next posts wednesday morning.
Here’s a cool picture of a custom FC. I found the picture on Flickr. There are a couple more there. http://www.flickr.com/photos/gregjsmith/94785408/in/photostream/

This is interesting.

The seller notes there are no dents, yet it looks to me like there is a dent in the front driver’s corner. This lacks windshield wipers, too.
“FOR SALE ; 1958 WILLYS JEEP FC 150 PICKUP ,ORIGINAL CONDITION , 4CYL ,3 SPD,4WHEEL DRIVE,NEW BRAKES AND TIRES,VERY LITTLE RUST, NO DENTS,DRIVERS DOOR GLASS CRACKED , RUNS AND DRIVES GOOD.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3450
(08/02/2012) “VERY good body!! No cracks in windshield and back glass, and as you can see… original tailgate stenciling is still alive and well! Even has an original equipment, “kerosene flair & flag kit!!” How cool is that?!? Engine (Original) has been started but will need a rebuild. If you’re not in the mood to rebuild… A perfect engine swap is the 60 degree V-6 Chev found in S-10 pick-ups and others.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4200
“This FC-150 has the engine and transmission out, and is ready for the re-power of your choice. Or, if desired you could easily find an original engine. The engine mounts have not been cut out. It comes with the original T-90 3 spd and T-case. It has an electric hydraulic dump bed.
This is the nicest FC-150 Body I’ve seen in the past 20 years, with all the cab corners in good shape. There is a small amount of rust through in the driver’s floor. And rust repair is needed along the front of the cab above the bumper, as you can see in the photo. The engine cover has been modified, and is ready for you to finish. A SBC was planned, but not finished, two owners ago.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2000.
This will need work.
“1957 Willies Jeep FC 150
4 Wheel Drive
Front Controlled
Project vehicle = Lots of work.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $8450.
(12/29/2013) This FC comes equipped with a diesel.
“Up for sale is a 1962 Willys Jeep FC Forward Control Flat Bed Truck 4X4
Mercedes Diesel Engine pulled from a 1984 300D. Will drive and we’ve taken it up to about 50 MPH at which time the steering feels a little weird. Not sure if the steering wheel is loose or it just feels weird due to it being raised (37″ tires). Its definitely still a project with all the parts here & the major work already done. Registered in California through FEB 2015.
Known issues:
-4X4 Cable needs to be connected
-Drivers window is in door but doesn’t close
-Brake fluid leak
-RPM gauge is not connected
-Steering feels loose at high speeds”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4500.
This was listed in the parts section. It doesn’t run. The auction ends in 7 hours.
“1963 willys pickup body good..not runing can be fixed forword control, 350-4bolt”
UPDATE: Still Available
(01/28/2013) I don’t see rust, but do see some dents. Maybe comes with firewood as a bonus?
