UPDATE: Was $2400. **Status Unknown**

Nonrunning project.

bought several of these cool, pug-nosed Willys Jeep FC170s, FC150s and a BUNCH of related parts to get the stuff I want/need for my own project. This one is rough, but in my opinion, restorable. I’ll sell this truck complete (with title), or will consider selling parts for the right price.

This is considered a 3/4-ton pick-up with a Dana 44 closed-knuckle front axle, and a Dana 53 rear axle. The truck rolls free (axles/brakes are NOT locked up), and the drivetrain (engine/transmission/transfer case) is still installed, although I have no idea as to the mechanical condition. Engine is the Super Hurricane inline 6-cylinder mated to a T90 3-speed manual trans.

The frame looks good on this truck, and the cab appears to be repairable, although it’s arguably rough (common for Midwest vehicles of this vintage). Someone retrofitted what appears to be a ’50s GM dash into the truck, and did a pretty good job doing so. If you’d prefer to go back to a stock dash set-up, I have interior parts available.

NOTE: Parts in the rear of the truck will be cleaned up before it’s sold.

I have a few FC170 vehicles available, along with a nice FC170 rolling frame, a couple FC cabs (one FC170, and one FC150), and lots of parts. If you’re looking for a custom project, consider putting one of these classic FC cabs on a late-model chassis, much like I’m doing with my project: http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/jeep-non-hardcore/1558953-jeep-fc170-patina-rod-mutt.html

Located in Cedar Springs, Michigan (49319), just north of Grand Rapids.”

1964 FC-150 Holt, MI **SOLD**

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1950.

(05/14/2014) This has a 4-speed and a hydraulic lift. Doesn’t sound like it runs.

1964 Willys Jeep FC 150 was originally a flatbed truck. This truck had a very limited production in only nine years. It was not even listed in NADA guide books, they had never heard of it! They are now adding it to their 2014 September model update. They were originally built on the same frame as the CJ 5 so it has a wheelbase of only 81″. This truck also has a rare hydraulic lift for the bed and the rear counter weight which is also rare. It has a Hurricane 4 engine which is stuck from sitting, but has been soaking in Marvel Mystery oil. It has a 4-speed Borg-Warner T-98 manual transmission. The front axle is a Dana 27 and the rear is a Dana 44. Does it have rust? Yes, it is a 1964 so it has rust in the typical places, but this truck still exists. These trucks are becoming harder and harder to find. “

1962 FC-170 Hi Rail Truck Suamico, WI **SOLD**

• CATEGORIES: FC150-FC170-M677 • TAGS: This site contains affiliate links for which I may be compensated.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was listed at $5900.

The engine runs. Looks like a good project. More info on this rig here.

For sale is this unique 1962 Jeep FC-170. It is one of two Hi Rail service trucks bought new by the legendary Green Bay & Western Rail Road in 1962. My grandfather who worked for the rail road bought the pair when they were taken out of service. This truck is a restoration in progress and needs completion. The front and rear cab corners, floors, drivers side door and bed have been replaced and were removed from a southern Kansas truck. The flat head six starts and runs good,3 speed trans and four wheel drive work good as well. Also included is a complete rolling chassis that has been blasted and painted and has a rebuilt flat head six mounted in it, some new parts and all parts removed from Kansas parts truck. For the rail road enthusiasts the truck still wears its original paint scheme based off the GB&W locomotives of that era”

UPDATE: Was $600. **Status Unknown**

Seller has other FC parts coming up for sale, too.

picked up this 1961 Willys FC170 truck in December to use the cab for a custom “Patina Rod” project I’m working on (build thread here: http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/jeep-non-hardcore/1558953-jeep-fc170-patina-rod-mutt.html). I have since bought — as a “package deal” — several FC150s and FC170s, and will be using one of those for my project instead.

I do *not* have a title for this truck. The cab is rough, but has GREAT patina and vintage/retro “Dan’s Snowplowing” graphics (the truck had been parked in the St. Ignace area for decades, it appears). The closed-knuckle Dana 44 front and Dana 53 rear axles are locked up (brake drums, I’m certain), and the frame is thin in some areas. This is most likely a “parts truck” more so than a “restore candidate”. That being said, the cab could be fixed by someone with the right skills.

The glass is all in-tact, with the exception of the driver window being cracked. The (rare) windshield is in-tact, but has some scratches from the wiper arms, and a small stone chip (I believe a local glass place could repair both). There are only one or two companies in the U.S. that offer windshields (about $480 shipped). Both door windows roll up & down well.

The engine, transmission & transfer case are still in the vehicle, but haven’t run for years…condition is unknown.

Buy this whole rare Jeep for $600, or make an offer on parts (I’d prefer to sell complete). I will have several other FC parts/vehicles available very soon.”
