Blaine spotted this rare boat with a Willys motor.
“I found this beauty under a tree on my little old lady neighbor’s farm. COMPLETE, no parts missing, last running smooth in the water in 1998. Then her owner died, and his wife just pulled a tarp over her.
Marc found this photo of Santa I hadn’t seen.
“An International News photo showing Santa Claus arriving at Camp Carson, Co. Instead of a sleigh with reindeer, he comes in an Army jeep. Dated 12-22-43. Copyright stamp and typed description on back. 1/2″ by 8 1/2″ size. Good condition with no tears or losses. Crinkling on top and bottom edges.”

I think I’ve only seen one other catalog. So these are pretty hard to find.

All my family members are always on the watch for a jeep. While driving down the freeway through Montana, my 15 year old niece snapped and emailed this tall wheeled CJ-5(?) rolling down the road with no hood.
Gerald forwarded this no-jeep sign from Deep Creek, MD. Fortunately, he didn’t have his boat with him.
