This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Cool Jeep Fleetvan from 1965 known as the FJ6-a model. Truck is in very good shape for the age with hardly any rust issues. Very hard to find these today especially in this condition.
The vehicle runs off a gas can. It has an electronic fuel pump that was installed too far away from the tank and too high. Needs to be moved close to tank as they push rather than pull. Will try to do this…
All glass is good except one of the front windshields. Flat glass so cost should be low.
The only issue is the back door is currently off. I have the pieces in the van but will need some work.

“1965 STEPVAN jeep fj6 4cylinder automatic, has been parked for 10 years, so does not run, Ca title in hand, No Rust No Accidents, looks to be all original. Has front little safaris windows that open up, DUE TO SPAM AND SCAMMERS NO EAMILS RETURNED WITHOUT A PHONE NUMBER, if the ad is up I have the van, don’t need help selling.”
UPDATE: Mike confirmed via an FJ-3A brochure that these are the correct rims for an FJ-3A. I have a hard copy of that brochure and the hubcaps with the jeep name are visible in some of the pics. There can’t be many these hubcaps left.

“This set of 4 hubcaps is extremely rare…original equipment on the 1961-1965 Fleetvan – FJ-3/FJ3A – Walk-In Delivery Van. Willys Motors
introduced the two-wheel drive vehicle in 1961 and it was produced through 1965. Example of these hub caps on vehicle is shown in last

These hub caps measure 10″ in diameter…see photo.
These hub caps are almost 60 years old…they show their age…the chrome is gone, they have a few dents and dings and a bit of rust. Please
examine photos closely and judge their condition for yourself.

I have too many projects and must get rid of most of these by March 30. prices slashed. also 2000 dakota cab & front clip. Cushman trucksters, and jeep postal van FJ6A.”

(06/06/2017) Looks like some money was spent on this rebuild.
“This is a very rare 1961 Willys FJ3 Postal Van with original F134 Flat Head 4 and Borg Warner automatic transmission.
There is none nicer – Just completed the professional Exotic Coach Specialist 4 year mechanical restoration includes a long block rebuild, transmission, rear end, 12 volt wiring harness, brakes, cooling system, new carb, custom aluminum fuel tank, custom seats and so on. Too much to list. Van runs and drives great. Odometer reads 74,000 but just approximately 100 miles since rebuild. Top speed is 55 mph. Own a piece of history with this right side drive postal van made by Willys in Toledo, Ohio.”
