Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Listing this for the widow of a friend who passed away. A restored 1943 Ford GPW with a restored WWII 1/4-ton trailer. The GPW has a browning (demilled) .30 air cooled MG with ammo boxes and accessories. It also has a canvas top. It has combat wheels all around with “Ford” script tires. This is an older restoration that has had loving care since restored. Well worth the asking price”

Seller knows very little about this GPW.
“This listing is for another one from the ” Someday Collection ” My boss bought this as a running driving vehicle about 15 years ago parked it inside and basically forgot about it. Drove it a few times the first year or 2 but it has sat since then. Jeep was bought from George Moore Truck & Equipment in Keeseville NY you can find them on the internet ( Georgemooretruck.com ) It was a restored jeep at some point before my boss bought it. I believe this is a World War II Willys Jeep. I couldn’t find a frame tag on it but it looks like the front frame horn on each side had extra metal welded into them. There is some loose paint on the body mostly on the right side. There has been body work done to it when it was restored all those years ago but still presents well in my opinion. Ran fine when parked drove fine too. We pulled it out for photos and will have it running and driving and ready for pick up. Here’s a great opportunity to breathe some new life into an old piece of American History. Great for parades displays etc. Not sure of the year or how to positively ID anything on it but I will do my best to answer any questions”

I remember seeing these sitting in a field in Chino Valley, AZ
“1952 CJ3A half cab with parts jeep, 1968 jeep commando half cab, v6, auto, 1944 ford jeep. Please call for more info. I have ptos, overdrives, axles and transmissions–all older jeep parts. Willys m38 artic top. I have too many projects, lets talk.”

It’s listed as a 1950 (no model) and a 1945 C2. Looks more like a MB.
“I have for sale a 1950 willys jeep. It is originally from California so it has no rust what so ever it has a Buick crate v6 like the motor that would go into a cj5 and a turbo 350 transmission with the original twin stick transfercase. All suspension is original . Very good driving jeep you can drive it down the interstate no problem.”
