I’m not sure what it would take to bring this into the U.S. and it seems pretty high priced for a non-runner, but it looks complete and raw.  Interestingly, it appears to have Cali black plates, so not sure what it’s doing down there.  Check out the email addy … lol

“For sale is a 1943 FORD GPW (JEEP). The FORD model GPW was also produced as the Willys model MB for the US Government during WWII. This jeep still has a few FORD parts but has been rebuilt/civilianized with parts from other models of jeeps or non-military vehicles. The jeep runs well and includes the following items. -350 Chevrolet V8  -4 bbl Holley carburetor (new)  -3-speed manual transmission plus Warn overdrive  -Warn 8,000 lb winch with power-out or free-spool out -Transfer case with 2H, 4H, 2L and 4L selection   -5.38 front and rear end gear ratio  -Model 44 full-floating rear axle  -11 inch drum brakes  -Double reservoir master brake cylinder -15×8 Chromed steel wheels (including spare)  -Electric windshield wipers  -Power steering  -Tilt steering column -High-back bucket seats  -Matching Stewart Warner gauges  -Stainless steel dash panel  -Full soft top  -Sun top with half doors  -Heater ….. I have owned this jeep for some time but I have not used it much in the last several years. As such, there are a few items that need to be repaired or replaced due to the extended storage. One electric windshield motor needs replaced. The heater needs a new fan motor and the coolant system reconnected. The winch motor needs new bearings. $4000 O.B.O.”

(Sept 19, 2009) “Ford GPW, tub off restoration to motor pool specs. I’ve had this jeep for three years and have driven it very little. Date of delivery is Nov. 30, 1942. I have spent a lot of time and money on it but I’m getting too old and just don’t have that much time for it. I’m asking $18,000 OBO. I don’t know how to post pictures so if interested you can come by and see it, email me with questions, or call me and ask questions. It is in lusterless O.D. and Marine Corps markings. It has five combat rims and Ford marked military tires.”

“FOR SALE: 1944 WIllys MB Runs and drives. GPW engine, T90 Transmission and Transfercase all work. Brakes are new. Lights work, Speedo, Amp gauge (12v) and Temp gauge work. Has 4 Combat rims and tires, also has sparetire and mount. Bumperettes, Pintle, Gas can and holder, Shovel and Axe and Canvas Summer top. Front seats with new canvas cushions. Body has minimal rust problems (hat channel areas). This Jeep is in “motorpool” condition, parade ready. Not 100 % correct but Close!. Needs detailing to make all original. This is a great WWII Jeep to put final touches on. The numbers are: Frame # MB378443 Hood # 20639975 Engine # 13610″UPDA

Needs for this jeep is as follows: a passenger seat, one gauge glass is cracked,new speedometer and a U- joint for PTO, a new battery.I have some extra nick nacks,radiater,seals for balljoints,wipers,extra pto,and more.All parts go with sale . It is military version and has a gun mount.It has no tailgate. The Jeep has been kept in dry storage for many years. This vehicle is fun, climbs well in harsh terrain and is a great 4 wheeling machine. I will respond to the any email as soon as possibe”
