“1942 Willy’s Jeep – New tires, Rebuilt engine, Restored, 50 Caliber Replica Machine Gun, For Sale or Trade.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4000.
Has an f-head. Appears to have potential.
“I have what is titled as a 1947 Ford GPW. This Jeep has sat for the last 10 years. It was reported as having the transmission quit, the motor turns but the carb needs rebuilt/ replaced. This is a Las Vegas Jeep and has only minor rust. I started to tear down this project but life has gotten in the way. I was going to restore this back to it’s former glory! I have many of the needed parts to get this back on the road.”
This GPW was supposedly found in Tunisia and restored in Italy. It will go up for auction in Germany (if I understand correctly) March 26-27.

“1942 ford gpw script. Dates March 1942. Been in the dry in Australia. Had some extension work carried out to the rear tub. But no big deal to put back to normal. Has ww2 engine fitted”
No reason to think it’s a ’41. It might have an f-head engine. It has a GPW body.

“1941 Willys MB. An American icon and hero. She served in WW II transporting Marine officers. She was dismantled and reassembled to serve our country again in the Korean War. Her 4WD will take you anywhere. All boxes and accessories are period correct. Please look at pictures. I get comments everytime I drive her. I hate to pass her on, but I no longer have the garage space to store her. Don’t miss your chance to own a piece of USA history!”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3200.
(01/13/2020) Looks promising.

UPDATE: **Status Unknown** Was $9500.
(01/26/2020) Lots of work still to be done. The ad includes a pic of a completed jeep, but I assume that’s just being used as an example.
