UPDATE: Price dropped to $7500.
This appears to have a CJ head. Not sure what happened to the front frame rails.
“1943 jeep willys Clean title non op. Engine was rebuilt about 4 years ago. Have lots of extra parts for it. Has little rust on the floor but nothing major. If interested call me. Do not text me or email me.$ 7500 obo I don’t need help selling it. And the only thing I will trade is for a 1970 chevelle.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $8500.
The front gussets have been removed and the frame reinforced. The rear lids appear to be MB (flat), but I the angle isn’t good to get a full view of them. The engine and tranny are civilian (not *period correct*, but functional). I’m sure it would make a fine parade jeep.
“This is one of the cleanest GPW’s you will find. Clean CA title in my name. Body is mint, likely rebodied or a lucky survivor? Many of the components have yet to be drilled or mounted. The frame is all ford as evidenced by the front cross member. Engine is Willy’s flat head, trans is t90, all period correct and acceptable conversions. I have the parts shown in the photo along with new data plates, and two f script front seat frames that need some work. This vehicle drives well, turns, stops, etc… I thought I would keep it forever but found an older one I had to have. Do your research, I will not negotiate over the phone, come look and fall in love with this great piece of history.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** “Was $1800.
(06/15/2018) Seems to be a mix of MB and GPW parts.
“1943 Willys Ford GPW Jeep. The tub/body is a Willy the Jeep has many GPW parts. Starter and generator are GPW. The motor in the Jeep is not original. I have a ’43 GPW and wanted to use this one for parts but I will never get around to it. The body it toast but there are salvageable parts: glove box, rear compartment doors, and other parts on the exterior. The frame is also in bad shape. Wheels, tranny, differentials, and axles are good. Also comes with another Motor block and GPW head cover.
I can deliver within a reasonable distance for .50 cents a mile. It is in a car hauler and tires are flat so it will have to be pulled off at destination. It will have to be paid in full before I deliver. You can come see.”

Its supposed to be script ford body but when reconditioned they used willys mb body. Engine transmission transfercase axles are script gpw. Clean california title and registered. Great restorable condition. $8,000 obo.”
This appears to be a mix of parts. The hood may be fiberglass. The dash appears replaced.

“Runs and drives well, military tires. Has a clear title in my name.”
Thanks to Steve for sharing this one. Starting price is $1500. Looks like this has a Porter & Reed hardtop.

“I am selling a mostly Original 1943 Ford GPW WWII Jeep. It Has matching Frame and Tub Data plate numbers (109596) The Block Is a GPW Block and the Head is a Willys. Everything Seems to be original ford and most parts have “f” script markings. The engine is stuck but I have been soaking the cylinders for a month or so. The T-84 transmission and D18 Transfercase seem to be in good shape. The axles appear to be original and there are Dualamatic Locking hubs on the front. You can shift through all gears.
The top has no marking and I don’t know anything about it. It comes with five 15″ wheels that have had the center torched open. It also comes with two 16″ jeep wheels with NDT tires. The original gas tank is missing and there is a non original tank in the back. The tub has some dents and holes in it (bullet holes) there is some rust in the floors and some on the sides as seen in the pictures, but is in decent shape for it age. The front frame horns were extended to fit a large PTO winch but the winch is no longer there. It has a Koenig model 10 single speed PTO mounted to the back of the transfer case. I do not have a title for it.”
UPDATE: **Status Unknown** Was No Price.
