Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. The body has drain holes, but looks MB-like otherwise. Might be a replacement body.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1800. I just noticed it has a PTO bar on the back.
I can’t tell for sure, but the extra rectangular data plate could indicate this was a reconditioned jeep. That could also be an explanation for the MB engine in the GPW chassis.

This was available a few years ago. I’m thinking that battery mount was not a field mod.
