“Willy’s Military Jeep with roll cage, shovel, axe, fuel can, front tow bar. This is a very well kept specimen that appears to be mostly original, unmolested and authentic.”

1945 GPW Alvin, TX **SOLD**

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1900.

(01/11/2016) Has no title and needs work.

“I bought this 1945 Ford built GPW WWII Jeep, not all that long ago to restore. After putting much thought into it, I’ve decided to sell it and buy another one that is already restored. This Jeep has a rebuilt engine that runs great. I’ve driven it around the field where it is stored, but not on the street, because the brakes are down. Although the engine is rebuilt, the rest of the Jeep needs complete and total restoration. It is FAR from ready to drive down the highway. The engine and transmission are out of a later model civilian WILLYS Jeep and not a Ford built Jeep. Someone had cut out the rear panel and made a tailgate. I recently bought a brand new repair panel to fix the tail of the Jeep. This is not an easy restoration and the body is VERY rusty like most WWII Jeeps. It comes with a far less rusty windshield frame. The Jeep does have lots of Ford “F”s stamped on it and it has the original Ford body vin tag. It does NOT have a title.”
