Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This was a frame off restoration using Oem ford parts with ford scripts, most bolts even have the ford script, body and top has for script as well. Real 2pc battle wheels. New battery. Comes with tons of extras including floor heater/manuals/extra parts ect….
This jeep is in mint condition and needs to be seen in person to appreciated. Jeep has only been driven in parades and stored out of the elements.

“This is a full restoration on an all matching numbered GPW. The Jeep is out-fitted with a “Simulated” firing 50 cal. Conveniently installed to hide the gas and oxygen bottles that have quick dis-connects for easy installation and removal. The engine is a GPW engine that again matches the Data Plates and frame number and was built by one of the best in the business. These engines are fully balanced, ported and polished and made to run like “Swiss Watches”. Parade siren installed for those who need a warning before the gun gets fired! Restoration was done by people who know what factory Jeep should look and perform like. Fully licensed and titled, ready to go!

(09/22/2015) It’s listed as a 1946. This VIN is incorrect as well.
“Noting that the parts for this and the Willys were completely interchangable, however parts produced by Ford include the cursive ‘F’ character. This GPW includes only Ford parts, which adds to the rarity of this vehicle.
This is a fully functional, mechanically sound GPW. All gauges work. The top is after market but simply swapped to make original. I have both the shovel & axe, which were included with this vehicle from the factory.
I am currently working on obtaining a title. I have owned it for several years and never really considered having to let it go, so I didn’t persue the paperwork to this point. It has been stored inside and frankly has only been driven a few miles since I’ve owned it. This is one awesome vehicle to own and I regret selling it.”

No motor is installed so will need to be hauled off on a trailer. Been garaged for 15+ years.”
