1968 Jeep Commando $4,500 Mt Pleasant, MI
Nothing lasts forever, this top will need replacing down the road. Has some areas of rust, but hard to say, I don’t think the price is horrible, this will be colder to plow in, that’s what I think is appealing to the Arctic or Hard Tops at times on Plow Rigs with a small heater. V6 should be a neat project here if the underside is in decent shape. That top is just not good at any level.
Tools That Just Work!
Back to a serious side for a minute if you are looking for a Made In USA, grommet and snap installer, to fix and create some great stuff to replace this rig’s pretty horrible top situation the Press-N-Snap tools are just amazing. They were invented out of the need to repair and install things in the field, the quality is very high, I have a set and they are really amazing. (there are knock off’s but why when you can own the original!) If you have used the manual method with the little wooden block and the parts this is not even on the same Planet.
Information from seller:
Jeep Commando Roadster with snowplow, convertible top an canvas too, tires are good, V 6 motor, standard transmission 75000 miles. Will need a new top eventually.
1972 Jeep Commando $3,500 Traverse City, MI
#notawillys, lots of rust to be expected, this is outside our normal range, but I thought it was cool looking with the plow and 304 it must have been a neat ride. My guess is they will need a passenger often with how far that radio is over to the right. No clue why they shifted to like a Ford looking grill in these years. Someone who is bored should re-pop a Jeep looking grill for these. Re-imagine the front a bit, AI can do that keep it busy,

1950 Willys Jeepster $4,500 Boyertown, PA
Project for sure, but been in the barn for a minute.
Update: Here is the Video from YouTube on this one…… Thanks guys for sharing…..
Information from seller:
1950 Willys Jeepster. This has been off the road since 1972, freshly pulled from the barn! This Willy’s is fairly original, the only major changes are tail lights and a notched rear gravel pan for different bumpers. Top was replaced in 69/70 and has held up extremely well! Drivetrain is all original, flathead six, and manual transmission with overdrive. Engine is tight but we haven’t spent any time trying to free it up but may break free up with some oiling. Body does have some rust and bubbling paint on the rocker area, but the doors open and close nicely and the floors look solid. We have the original tail lights, extra bumpers and stainless and side curtains. Title in hand.
1948 Willys Jeepster $10,500 Walnutport, PA
Might have posted this before.
Information from seller:
It was originally a 4 cylinder car. I put in an F161 6 cylinder that had been rebuilt from a 51 Jeepster. Overdrive works, I installed 4:27 gears in the rear. You can run it on the highway now. New wiring harness, new clutch, new master cylinder, new convertible top. New gas tank. Runs and drives nice. It needs new floors, it has sheet metal screwed in now. It had belonged to a Shriner, and he had a million lights on it, the holes have been welded, and primed. I am located in Walnutport PA. $10,500
1949 Willys Jeepster Roller $2,500 Greenwood, SC
Another one that would be a good fit for the building lots of access to work on systems. Body is noted as rough. And another note for the book, if you have never bought a brand new set of tires for a Willys project that has never seen the street, are you really a Willys person. I think my one set that are just complete trash with zero miles are 21 years old.
Information from seller:
Frame with rebuilt motor and transmission. Comes with body and majority of parts to be complete. Body in rough shape but buildable. New brakes, clutch, and much more. Brand new Koker 3” Firestone whitewalls ($1200). Ask for any more photos and details. Firm at $2,500. Has title
