Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (07/25/2019) It’s an interesting mix of parts. I can’t remember seeing another Jeepster on a jaguar chassis.
“1948’ Willy’s jeepster, Chevy 350, with turbo 350 trans, on jaguar chassis, runs and drives, needs some work finishing up things, but mostly all there. With a little work would be a really cool hot rod.just don’t have the time. $5,500”

Includes a Hercules car hoist.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3500.
“1970 Jeepster Commando. Has original dauntless V6 engine. Has Body rust, but frame is in good condition. Body has bad rusting in the corners as, but should be easy to replace There is a dent in the drivers side back corner as well as the drivers side front. The skirt of the body has rusted through on the drivers side, but I do have a replacement trim.
Original Dana front and rear axles as well as transfer case. Has Warn locking hubs. Last ran a year ago. It was the convertible version, and i still have the frame to the top, but the actual cloth is gone. No seats or title. Do to time and work, unable to complete this project. Would make a great off road vehicle or 4×4 overlander. Also a great prospect if you are wanting a parts vehicle for another commando.”

New tires and holley vacuum secondary carb. Everyone that see’s this car smiles, also new fuel tank lines and pump. Power steering and brakes. Come take a look really cool!!!”
