This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1951 JEEP M38 A1 4X4 , has 4cyl,runs great, 1/2 top , converted to 12 volt and 3 speed manual. Has a florida title. I have owned this Jeep for over 45 years.”

“1952 willys cannon military jeep has cut out in windshield for cannon needs tires the ones that are on it hold air but dry rotted, does run still has original engine and dual batteries for the 24 volt system 4 wheel drive works,, all the original plaques and data tags are in tack.. if interested I will take some pictures of whatever,”

“1952 m38 military jeep. Has been updated with chevy 4 cylinder engine and transmission. Runs great, good condition, no rust, Interior good, has never been titled since restoration, exterior 8/10, Interior 8/10. Have set of original wheels and trailerhitch. Have optional arctic military hard top and doors, $5200 or trade for older vehicle, guns, antiques, or ?? Trade up, down or even.”

(09/17/2014) That’s one of the more unusual winch setups I’ve seen.
“This is a very nice original military unit, body is very good, runs and drives great, has a brand new brake system, if it is related to brakes it is new, nothing was left out. Runs like a new one, all front undercarriage and steering is new, just get in and drive the hell out of it, military markings and an original ww11 helmet goes with it. call me and lets talk, open to all offers except stupid ones. Please note that in the state of Georgia we do not have titles for anything before 1962, they do issue us registrations which you can get a title from your state using the registration number. When you drive it around everyone salutes or blows their horn with a thumbs up. If you do not want to be noticed then this unit is not for you.”
