Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Fully Restored M38 1951 military Willys jeep. All original with 24 Volt and 60 h.p. flat head 4 cyl engine. Complete with canvas top. This is a Korean War jeep, the last flat fender jeep for the military. Served in Army up to the Vietnam war. Everything works on this jeep and there is no rust or corrosion. Clear Texas title and licensed in Texas as Former Military Vehicle (antique license). Parade or Car show ready”

“What you are looking at is an original 1952 Willys M38 military Jeep. The Jeep has been redone and is in near perfect condition. It is all original with original 24 volt system. No bondo. All metal. Original bows and all. It could use new tires, but they are fine as is. It currently had coop grip spurs on the original Willys rims. Clear title. It is a hop in and go original piece of U.S. history. I am asking 13,500 OBO.

I just like the name of the town. According to Wikipedia, the town was “named for a settlement of mechanics who made and repaired Conestoga wagons in the early 19th century, Mechanicsburg’s continued growth was also attributed to the Cumberland Valley Railroad (CVRR).”

1942 Willys cj2a for sale, runs and drives. None of the lights work and needs tabs of course. front fenders are bondo’ed and cracked, but the actual tub is in awesome condition, only minor surface rust-stock 4cyl engine , switched over to newer 12v electronics. 4wd,2wd high and low range all work great
