Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Clean,good running jeep has a new rad,master cly, all new exhaust,new one wire alt,new elct fuel pump,leaf springs,top and gauges.Its all 12v has extra parts to go with like extra front and rear axles and misc. parts. Has the hurricane f143 and all original trans and trasfer case. Asking $3000.00 O.B.O. Clean title and registered.”

“This is a 1956 Military Jeep. It has the stock four cylinder f head engine. Factory koeng pto winch. It has been converted to 12v. The body has some rust . The jeep runs and drives but it needs some brake work.”

“6 year old motor pool restoration. Never registered, driven on hunting club. Will provide bill of sale. 7.50-16 tires, 2 good batteries less than 2 years old, good brakes w/ dot 5 fluid, F134 4 cyl
Runs good, minor oil leak and a llittle carb smoke. Needs valve cover gaskets and oil pan gasket (less than $20.00) Drives good, 24 volt electrical intact, does have 12 volt heater added, 4-wheel drive works, sears locking hubs, custom mossy oak top w/ side panels & bows made at local shop. One small spot of rust under driver door.”

“I have a 1953 M38A1 marine corp jeep for sale asking 5000 for it. The jeep has all the original parts it is operating on the 24 volt system. I had the seats reupholstered and the body painted. The whole jeep has been gone through and checked. I only have a few little tinker things left to fix on it not much. kept inside under cover simply because it is beautiful piece of history. The only reason I am selling it is because I need the room in the shop.
