UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $14,000.
Not totally original, but looks like a solid parade jeep.
“This is a 1944 Willys MB that saw service in Europe from 1944 through 1945; was sold surplus following the war; current owner bought the jeep in Germany in 1987 and returned the jeep to Baltimore in 1989. Jeep is in perfect running condition, has no rust, and has original seats and canvas top; engine is not the original but is a 1945 original Willys engine. Original transmission, transfer case, and axles however. Has been converted to 12-volt and has a non-original electrical wiring harness. This jeep could be fully restored to show condition or used as-is. Given olive drab coat of paint with World War II markings in 2000.”
Could be an easy restoration or drive as is.
“1942 Willys MB jeep. 4 cyl, 4 wd, 3 spd manual trans. In great shape for its age. Clean PA title and currently registered and inspected as a classic. It is road worthy now and I do drive it occasionally. Always stored inside. Asking 8500 obo”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1100
The dash has no glovebox.
“This is 1944 Jeep from World War II made by Ford. It has the original T84 transmission, transfer case, steering, radiator and axles. Windshield inner and outer frame is present. it’s a project that needs restoration. Transmission case was taken down and inspected but is usable and needs a rebuild. Seats are not original to the jeep. Front frame horns will need repair. Have an extra tub for parts. This jeep looks good in pictures but lots of bondo was used by someone. Lots of small misc parts will go with this to include canvas for seats, repro bumper, repro hat channels, fuel tank sump, and many small misc parts. Frame serial number confirmed is 198348. Data plates are missing. This vehicle has a title. This was a parts jeep that is why so many items are missing. No original wheels, engine, gauges seats or underhood items are left. I’m open to reasonable offers. If this add is up then its available.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1500.
It’s a project/parts jeep.
“WWII Jeep
Did run when we parked it.
Looks mostly original.
This is definitely for enthusiasts. If you don’t know anything about these you probably don’t want it.
The longer this ad is up the more information I keep receiving from people educating me on what I have. It’s worth much more than $1500. But since that’s the price I decided on I’m not going to change it. However I have decided that the $1500 is a firm price. I hope someone with the money and time to restore it buys it. Would love to see it go to a good home. Cheers.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2000
“1943 Willys MB Jeep parts or complete the rebuild, most parts are there, the motor has an M-38 head on it, ran when parked and jeep was taken apart in hopes of frame off restoration. Divorce forces sale. Needs alot to make it back to spec. The big missing things are seats, wheels and tires, gas tank, and windshield. The body is in process of having holes repaired but is solid. Needs sandblasting completed, frame work, and small things like knobs and etc. Front bumper, Rt step panel, fuel tank well and rear body panel are aftermarket, everything else is vintage like the gauges, GPW script transfer case”

No pics posted yet. Could be a wrongly titled MB/GPW as well.
I am selling my old 1946 willies army jeep. It does run. Offers welcome but because it does start I am asking at least $5000.00. I have the title and will only accept cash, no payments.
