Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This Minneapolis-Moline “Jeep” is being auctioned. With 6 days to go, the current price is $23,700 (91 bids). Thanks to David for spotting it.

There are four jeeps (or partial jeeps) at a Nebraska Action. This first one is the oddest:

“This is a 67 jeep wagoneer, it’s in pretty damn good shape for its age. All original nothing has been messed with really. Super fun to drive and just a cool vehicle. It has a little bit of a cooling problem and the filler neck needs replaced for the fuel tank. Found them online for $35.”
This is a rare one. It appears in reasonable shape, especially for the price. Someone might have added duallies to the rear.

“This is one of the last of it’s kind in really good condition. It has a flat head six cylinder engine that I was converting fro six to twelve volt. I was not able to finish because of disability. It would be nice to have someone finish this project. This ran when parked.”

This British military vehicle was imported to the US after it was decommissioned in the 60’s.
The original Rolls Royce B40 engine is not seized and is complete. Engine is assembled with UNF fasteners (embossed on the valve cover).
The tires are in good shape.
Missing windshield, front seats, and lights. The differential has been disassembled.
