About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

Buz shared pics of a Scrambler that has been transformed into an ambulance. Neither he nor I had seen one like it. A little research revealed that it may have been one of six the Horton Company built in 1981. Derek Redmond wrote a piece on the vehicles and coined a nickname: the Scrambulance. You can read more on the CJ-3B page.

Runs & Drives Great, Excellent Candidate for Restoration.
Rebuilt 327 Vigilante AMC Motor w/ less than 500 miles, Automatic Transmission. Body has only 25K original miles on it, as it was used at a hunt camp and was only driven sporadically over the years. Floorboards & Frame are in Excellent condition, the Interior is in Good condition (7 out of 10).
This is a Beautiful Vehicle at a Great Price….wish I had the time to restore it.”
(02/24/2017) Not running at the moment. Lots of custom here.
“1974 assembled vehical, this Jeep was assembled to be our sand Jeep we just don’t have time for it, ran last two years ago, we did try to start it this weekend it turns over no problem doesn’t stay running my guess a fuel pump issue. Or needs a stronger battery.
This is a cj5 frame with an aluminium skin over a cj3a style tub, it has a Buick v8 nail head motor with a msd ignition, 205 transfer case, turbo 350 transmission, Chevy 1/2 axles, Dana 44 in front 12 bolt rear axle.
Needs the drive line put in still. Has poly high back race seats, B&M ratchet shifter. Many parts, will make some one a great Jeep once it’s finished, has turn signals and lights if you wanted to take it down the road and a tilt steering wheel.”
John shared this link. This unusual vehicle was listed for auction, but the auction ended yesterday. I know nothing about this vehicle or the accuracy of the information below.

“I have one of the cleanest, most loaded original Gladiators left. This is a 1966 2 owner from California. Rebuilt original Vigilante 327 w receipt. Factory Air conditioning (complete but not charged as I would never use it). Factory Chrome PTO winch and bumper (works). Factory 4wd indicator lights under dash. Absurdly clean original bed floor as it had a camper in it. Fully blasted and painted w no body work bed. Runs and drives well. Bad Dana 53 rear professionally replcaed w correct geared Dana 60 by original owner. Original interior in far better than expected condition. Original owners manual included. More photos on Rudy’s CJs website.”
“It is hard to determine what type of vehicle this is – a truck, or an SUV, or something special. It is a one of a kind. Its foldable tarp roof makes it a great summer vehicle, strong heater warms it up nicely in winter time. Its fuel economy is phenomenal for a 4×4 vehicle – around 33 MPG.
In 1979 LUAZ was recognized as one of the best vehicles for country dwellers at an International automotive exhibition in Czech Republic. Indeed, LUAZ was intended to be a vehicle of choice for countryside and people living there – foresters, farmers. However, throughout almost 40 years of production, only slightly over 200,000 vehicles were made. This is one of the reasons why this car is so rare.
This 1990 LUAZ 969M is a one-owner vehicle (you can still see original USSR plates on it) that has been rarely used, never involved in any accidents, and never winter driven. All this is very rare for a 4×4 vehicle that was built to go fishing and hunting all year round. A very unique find! Despite its age, it is in like-new condition, and it will take you to numerous outdoor trips, to the most remote places.
Almost 25 years ago, we at AlphaCars, established the highest imaginable standards for the quality of our pre-owned vehicles. With no deviation, these standards are maintained today. With no exceptions, each pre-owned vehicle has to pass a rigorous technical inspection followed by the most thorough service work and concourse level detailing. ”
“Extremely RARE, 1967 1968 Kaiser Jeep Panelwagon, Panel delivery wagon, wagoneer. This has a military history as a audio visual vehicle on Fort Knox. It was refurbished about 20 years ago. The original engine which is still in it, seized about 10 years ago and has been inside storage ever since. The last year it has been outside under cover. It is a 4 X 4
What makes this extremely RARE is the barn doors in the back, not a tailgate like a grand wagoneer Etc.
The body is showing it’s age and perhaps some bondo. The interior is all original and in need of sprucing up.
This Jeep is a fantastic candidate for a full restoration, and would be a very unique addition to a jeep collection. These barn door panel wagons are super super rare and unique.
This vehicle has no title at the I was unable to aquiring a title /papers from the previous owner. The previous owner has passed away from Indiana.
Please contact me with any questions. I may be flexible on the price. I will be advertising this on other jeep for sale sites very soon, so get to it while you can.
I will consider reasonable offers”
