About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“Empire tractor built in Philadelphia PA using Jeep componthrents from radiator to rear end including the entire drivetrain. This unit has many original parts including hoses, hose clamps, wiring and wire clamps. Engine and drivetrain are all original. Tool box is a reproduction. The light switch has been changed and possibly the temperature gauge. It’s a three speed with a two speed transfer case. Road speed is 25mph plus. Reason for selling : I’m older than the tractor and loading/unloading at shows has become a chore.”
“Very original example with original machine gun mount, periscope, smoke cannisters, ammo racks, insulation. Recently replaced points, coil, plugs, and plug wires. This is a Shorland Mk3 built on the long wheel base Land Rover Series 3. Drivetrain is all Land Rover with salisbury axles.
Needs front axle swivel ball seal replacement (have the complete kit already just need to install)
Has Clean Colorado Title
Please do research before asking questions. Happy to answer questions but answers for things like weight, height, horsepower, etc are all available online see e.g. shorlandsite.com.”

“Recent complete 200 hour restoration on a M274A3 military mule. For those that don’t know the A3 model is a retrofitted M274 with a 2 cylinder engine replacing the troublesome original 4 cylinder. This is 4 wheel drive like every model of mule and it is a 4 wheel steer model as well. Runs and drives excellently. The hour meter is NOS, but doesn’t work. Currently this has less than an hour on the whole vehicle.
I have listed the new reproduction and New Old Stock parts with the prices for those who do not know that mules are not cheap to restore and they take time to complete. Hence the reason they cost money. Some can not grasp this concept and apparently work for free. I will not answer any “is this still available messages” and I will take the listing down when it is no longer available. Continue reading →
“I have 2 Autumn Gipsy’s that I was going to use to make 1 nice one. They are both projects, one has a pretty good body and ran when I put them away, the other has a hard top, and a lot of good parts and pieces the the other one needs. Both are independent suspension. This is just a project that I’m not going to get to. If the ad is up, they are still available. Let’s not waste each other’s time.”
