This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This looks kind of like a porter-read, but the windows are rounder and the arc of the top in the rear is taller. Anyone recognize it?

“Selling the extra parts from my 1943 willys project. What’s included in the package is as follows:
Body tub with brackets that are bolted to it, and the original Gages minus the speedo
Front fenders, good usable condition, need new braces welded in
Hood, again good usable condition except the rear most bracket needs repair
Both drivers and passengers seats are included. The passengers seat is perfect. Drivers seat has some rust that’s needs repair on the seat bottom only.

“This came off a 1951 CJ3A. It’s all there and although there is a lot of surface rust in the photos, it is in solid condition with no rust-through. Glass is missing/broken throughout. CJ3A IS NOT INCLUDED! :o)”
