Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Original part, came off of my 1950 cj3a. it weighs around 165lbs. bolts on between front bumper and grill. this was used to give the front end added weight when using rear mounted farm implements. these weights are not easy to find. great for a period restoration. cash only. will not ship. price is $180.”
