“I have for sale a rear PTO gear box removed from a CJ2A including the shaft from the transfer case to the gear box. I have never used this unit, however it spins smooth and free and appears to be in good condition. If you want to use a PTO driven implement behind your Jeep, this is what you want. MB Tub #659XX (Number on the driver’s gusset – only 5 numbers so its an early one – probably 1942). I purchased a set of GPW data plates to help with the registration that can go with for the right price). It looks to have been patched at some point and will need some love.

“These parts are getting hard to find and were on what was left of are 1940’s Willys jeep. They are not needed for what we have planed so we’ve decided to pass them on. Complete engine and trans and complete front and rear axels, drive shaft, leaf springs and original wheels. This jeep has been sitting for a while so the engine and trans are locked up but we have the cylinders soaking in oil to try and turn it over. They both need rebuilt. UPDATE: **SOLD** Was priced at $400.
“Complete PTO package. Includes Ramsey 8000 pound PTO winch, full drum of cable, pair of hooks, and a fairlead. Also includes PTO driveshaft, offset drive box and in/out box. Even includes an ULTRA RARE! adaptor to mount the in/out box onto the back of a Warn Overdrive. (how it was set up on my 63 CJ5) I’m also including all the brakets and bolts that held the unit to my frame and t-case.
Everything is currently set up for a CJ5 with overdrive in stock transfer case location. I cannot promise that the driveshaft length will work on a CJ2A/3A/3B as I know they are a couple inches shorter in wheelbase. If you are mounting the PTO directly to transfer case, without an overdrive, the driveshaft will need shortened. If you have moved the transfer case for an automatic trans, the driveshaft will need adjusted
If your willing the make driveshaft changes, the setup should work with any Spicer Model 18 transfer case. Jeep CJ, Willys wagon/pickup, even some early Internationals.
Unit works great. I remove everything every fall to shed weight for racing season and I’m getting tired of reinstalling it. I have never needed it to get unstuck, but I did fire it up to respool the cable every time I reinstalled it.”
